The striker came on as a second-half substitute in Sweden’s 2-0 defeat by Kosovo in World Cup qualifying in Pristina on Monday.
Isak joined Liverpool from Newcastle for a British record fee of £125m on transfer deadline day this month after a prolonged transfer saga.
“Not everyone has the full picture, but that’s something for another day,” Isak told Swedish media.
“I can’t control everything that’s said or written. But I’m happy that I became a Liverpool player.”
